- Provide evaluation services
- Display evaluation results
- Save evaluation history for logged-in users

- Improve product quality and reliability
- Respond to support or feedback requests
3. AI provider processing
EvalLoop AI uses third-party AI providers, including Groq, to perform evaluation tasks. When you submit a prompt, response, or reference material, that content may be processed by the relevant AI provider to generate an evaluation.
Please do not submit passwords, private keys, personal identity documents, financial information, confidential business data, or other sensitive information.
4. Data retention
Evaluation history is retained for logged-in users so they can review past results. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
5. Cookies and local storage
We may use browser storage or similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, and apply usage limits.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect account information and API credentials. Provider API keys are stored on the server and are not exposed in browser code.
However, no online service can guarantee complete security.
7. Children
EvalLoop AI is not intended for children under 13.
